About the Presenter: Raina Dawn Lutz is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who was led to a love of the art & science of fermented foods while living in Kitsilano, BC. In 2011 she moved back home to the cozy Okanagan and happily settled into the Valleys’ sunshine – teaching, consulting, and growing her dreams one sip at a time with the Valley’s first line of locally brewed organic kombucha.
